The End of April finally came and that meant Grandpa Mitch and Grandma Kimmi were finally here. Jace only asked 3 or 4 times a day--so we were all so happy they finally made it. It was so fun to have them stay at our house--even if it meant 5:30 wake-up calls and non-stop, "Grandma, watch this. Grandpa, watch this."
They got here late in the afternoon on Saturday and brought a dust storm with them. For those of you who don't live in Arizona, be grateful you've never experienced a dust storm! After the dust cleared, Grandpa took the boys out for a little batting practice. His patience is incredible. They love doing that with him!
Then we went to Joe's Farm Grill for dinner, the perfect place since you eat on picnic tables outside, and Grandma and Grandpa babysat while Mike and I went to a meeting and dinner. I've never seen my kids so excited for a babysitter!
