We have been the sickest ever the past two weeks, but last night, I finally got out. I headed to the mall to try and find something for Easter. I was in Dillards and this lady was staring at me and I wondered why. I looked down at my shirt and it was seriously dirtier than James' face. I could NOT believe I had walked out of the house like that, and I'm pretty low key about the amount of filth I think is acceptable on my shirt if it means I don't have to change again. Then I got into a dressing room and my mascara was smeared there was no lipstick and my hair looked horrendous. I guess I really wanted to get out. Needless to say, not a lot looked good on me last night (you know how you can't buy things on a day you look super ugly), but I still enjoyed my kidless time aimlessly wandering around our outdoor mall!

Completely know that feeling! I guess that's what being a mom does to you. I'm glad you enjoyed some time alone. As we like to say up here...
