Spring 2014!

I found a hidden picture folder on my phone and realized I didn't blog about any of these fun spring events!

These cute photos were from James's first grade play. He did a great job in the BUG play as a firefly.

We also got to see some of the kids' artwork that night. James loves art!

Mike put up the tramp at the beginning of spring and the kids have had hours and hours worth of fun.  All spring we had different, cute neighborhood kids over to jump. What a great gift!

We spent one gorgeous spring day at the tulip festival with the baby cousins. Utah is such a beautiful place.

Our family hit the BYU Rugby game with my parents and Sharee and Beau. The boys LOVED every second of that crazy game. We love being able support the Cougs any time we can.

The boys rigged up this cool contraption and pulled each other around the neighborhood. These are the little things I love about my kids. They are crazy, but they are always up to something exciting.

Parker got the sweetest note at the end of the school year for choosing a girl to be his helper who never gets chosen. He has such quiet confidence and such a kind heart. I am so grateful he is part of our family and hope that sensitive spirit never changes.

Jace did a cool report on Miles Romney and had to make a little figure of him. We thought it turned out pretty cool.

This was Mother's Day. It was great with cute cards from the kids and Mike was sweet as always. Here is us trying to get a picture after church. The first one is much more real, the second one is after some begging and a few threats. Still not that impressive :) but I sure to love being a mom to these 4. Lucky, lucky me.

Pierce is the world's best eater. I LOVE having him home with me every day. We have the most enjoyable time together and every day he is thrilled to each lunch with me. This particular day he was gobbling up my southwest salad with lime cumin vinegarette and peanut butter toast. Every day I feel so lucky he is mine.

I loved being able to go on James' field trip and feel blessed to be a stay at home mom. It is always so strange seeing him in a different setting...he is such a leader and so smart and bold. Here they were all in the freezer at our local grocery store.

Before the elementary schools let out, we took a trip to the zoo with the littles. It is such a great place for kids their age. Pierce loved every second of it...especially watching the lion catch, kill and eat the bird that flew into his den.

Pierce found a little kitty at James' baseball game. It was the cutest thing to watch.

We watched LOTS of soccer and LOTS of baseball all through the spring. Pierce was a great sport and couldn't wait for the next game. I love watching my boys be active and improve on their talents.

Parker had a soccer game in Logan, so we stopped in at the Bluebird's soda fountain for a little celebration. I love that Mike takes the opportunity to always enjoy the little things.

The boys' school had an end of the year carnival that was quite the smash. It was fun to see them with new friends having a ball.

We ended the spring with Parker's soccer party. It was a fun team to be a part of and the boys loved playing together.
