Easter Fun

Our neighborhood does the coolest Easter Egg Hunt. There are a million eggs and they hide them throughout the entire neighborhood depending on the ages of the kids. It's so fun to see the big ones run as fast as they can looking for eggs. So glad we had an hour between games to celebrate.

This was the first real Easter Egg hunt for Pierce and he wasn't quite sure about it...in the end he realized how cool it was.

Emmi was so excited to see Pierce...Pierce was less excited to see her, but he usually loves her so much.

Easter morning was pretty fun. Pierce was thrilled and so were the other boys. The baskets were no big deal, but candy in the morning is pretty cool no matter what age you are.

The boys hid the eggs over and over for Piercey. I remember doing that for them only a few years ago!

My family was out of town on Easter Sunday, so we had my grandparents over for dinner. It was such a sweet and memorable day. They were both talkative and willing to share snippets of their lives with us. I loved watching them watch my boys. I could tell how much my grandma loved being a mom to her 4 boys too. My life at this crazy moment reminds her of her own and she just sat and watched them play with a smile on her face. So grateful we could have that time together.

Pierce is a little love bug and is so kind to grandparents...always willing to give loves and hugs. I got some of my favorite pictures ever with them on Easter Sunday.

Later that evening we went to FHE with the Cullimore side of the family. It is so much fun being back and a part of things. We loved spending the rest of the evening with them!
