Five, Six, Seven, Eight

I would never have thought that getting together with the drill girls could have ever been this much fun. Over salads at Porcupine, 7 mature, collected, wives and moms let their guard down and became the loudest, most annoying table at the restaurant, and didn't even care. We had 2 1/2 hours of catching up with girls we used to spend the majority of our time with. It was so fun to see everyone, to see how happy and successful these amazing girls are. Becky, once super skinny, fun and goofy is now a way hot-hip mom of a darling little boy who balances family and career effortlessly; Ali is still as sweet and kind as ever but now has a sophisticated and intelligent edge to her; Jenae, always the peacemaker but full of fun is still the same, full of life and love for her family and her job and willing to keep this little get together going (and just had a baby 3 months ago and looks perfectly fit); Amanda, who was always nice and happy and willing to go with the flow, now is the ruler of her household, has three perfect kids (one who is almost 6!!) and mows lawns with the best of them, who would have thought her tiny little body would be able to push a lawnmower; Tricia, a sweater wearing, great friend, and uber-flirt is now a workout queen who runs marathons, knows how to street bike and keeps her three kids, husband, and house organized and busy all day long; and Jen, my very very best friend, so crazy, ridiculously beautiful and fun, is still the same, brings every amount of life and humor to the party but now is a dutiful wife and super mom of two darling girls. She is always concerned about others and about doing her best for her husband and family. She is a great friend to me and I am so grateful for her.

It was so great to see everyone. You all look incredible and I'm so happy your life is going well. But, I do have one question, how come no one called me President???

Everytime I'm in town, we MUST get together. You girls are the best!!
