Our family ended up in St. George a whole lot this year! We are very grateful for my parent's awesome house. We decided to head down again for Spring Break and had the best time, as always!
We rolled in late on Wednesday night, and woke up to early morning donuts.
Mom attempted to take the boys on a hike all alone and miserably failed. Jace and James wanted to go fast, far and off the trail, Pierce couldn't keep up, Jace fell into a cactus and Pierce wanted to be held after about 8 minutes. We turned around and headed back, realizing hiking is a million times better with dad.
Bowling that night was a blast! It is the perfect family sport.
The next morning we took a fun hike around Dixie Rock. It was short, adventurous and crowded and went much more smoothly than the hike the day before.
Pierce and Beau could have put rocks in holes all day long.
There were hours and hours of swimming fun. The best!
We also loved little Ike. He is such a fun baby!
Night time bunny hunts were always the perfect end to the day.
These three were noisy, wild and so much fun.
A few quiet moments too.
The Parks arrived and the pool got a lot more crowded and a lot more fun. In the middle of it, we tried to do our best to listen to conference.
We had an awesome Easter egg hunt and spent the afternoon dying Easter eggs. The kids LOVED both so so much. Even the old ones got into it and for months Pierce wanted to do it again and again.
That night, Jace went to Priesthood for the very first time! So cool to have so many great men to look up to!
We ended the night watching more March Madness and the heat was on! Jace was in first and couldn't wait to collect his prize. There was some serious Duke loyalty for a few days.
On Easter morning, Grandma had a sweet, spiritual lesson for all the cousins.
Then they all found their Easter baskets, we watched conference and headed home. Such a great week!
