The Rest of the 4th

After a few good naps, the kids were ready for 4th of July, round 2. We ate dinner and went swimming. Parker has a thing for shoes and looked super hot in Katie's gold heels. The problem is, he was wearing them so proudly--like he really felt prettier in heels. Grandpa wrestled the two babies in the pool while Mike went to stock up on serious fireworks (he is the super fun dad that would never let the 4th go by without doing firework). After our own (which Parker found way too fun), the kids watched more from Grandma and Granpa's deck and both boys fell asleep as they were watching. It was a perfect end to a fun-filled day and perfect month long vacation. The real world was waiting for us at home in Arizona!
