On Memorial Day we went to Independence Lake with some good friends. It was a scorcher, so it was the perfect place to be. The boys had a blast in the splash pad, on the rollerblade trails, and especially in the sand and water. It was the perfect way to end our holiday! Later we BBQed with lots of our neighborhood friends and enjoyed the summer evening. The boys wandered to the creek with Mike, caught another frog and couldn't wait to make it a comfortable home in our side yard. It was a wonderful weekend.

i miss you miss you miss you. hang in there. i am so glad the weather cooled down. yuck. and mike is back yea. life is so much better with the other half around! can we see you in utah? we are there july 10-aug 9th.... please... did i mention i miss you and kind of want to give that adorable prego belly a hug.
can't wait to see you in a few days. the boys are so excited to reunite with their cousins! hope you are enjoying it so far.
