Went canoeing at Argo Livery with the Duckworths and had such fun. Michigan has amazing lakes and rivers and water fun is never far away.

The boys were dying to raise some money, so they put on the Rowdy Romney Kids Camp. It was a huge success with almost 20 kids in attendance. Everyone had an awesome time and the boys were actually super responsible and did most of the work. They ended up earning $75 which they got to split. Super cool!!

The wildlife in Michigan always amazed us. Everywhere we went there was a chance you would find geese, ducks, deer, or even a random tortoise in road stopping traffic. We loved how alive everything felt there.

We took advantage of summer nights to eat as many treats as possible. We often stopped at the downtown hotspot Dairy Queen, but we also liked to make it over to Mickey's for their homemade ice cream. Delish!!

We spent some time with good friends swimming and enjoying the warm days. We loved the Stavros family!

And at the beginning of August we were off to see family in Utah and in for the biggest surprise we've had in a long, long time.
