Breathtaking! (Warning, wedding picture overload!)

Last weekend we braved the 3 hour time difference and went to Bryce and Lora's wedding. The whole weekend was spectacular. The wedding was the most breathtaking event I've ever been to. I can't wait to see the "real" pictures because these just don't do it justice. Put together Amorology Weddings (seriously, I'm obsessed with what they do. It's incredible.) and Marci's attention to food, finery and detail and you get one incredible British Colonial Island wedding.

The darling and happy couple. So cute!

The amazing San Diego temple.
The boys
The girls
The fam. Hopefully there is a better one from the real photographer!
Parker totally posed for this and I loved it.
I'm crazy about these two.
Best buddies
3 of my men.
Look at the flowers!

Hammock. What a fun touch!
My gorgeous and creative Mother-in-law
The "Single Ladies" dance. It was hilarious to watch the boys. I'm hoping someone got it on video.
The kid table. Loads of fun...especially since Marci hired babysitters for the night too!
Mike loves it when I make him take prom pictures.
This kid is determined to never smile for a camera. He kills me.
Missing Parks but cute picture anyway!

Here come the details! Enjoy!
The flowers. Have you seen anything better?
One table setting, votives and cataloupe water. Yum!

Love the pepper tree, place settings and lanterns.

Let's talk Food: chicken curry, pork sliders, ahi tuna wontons, quesadilla bar (seafood, beef, mango and jalapeno, pico de gallo, mango salsa, fresh avocado), chicken and pineapple skewers, grilled veggies, salad, salmon with mango salsa, carved beef, rolls, a gelato bar, a virgin mixed drink bar (smoothies, mojitos, daquiris). Are you wondering if we ate enough??? Delicious.

Each guest left a "pearl of wisdom" for the sweet couple.

I loved the chandeliers!
Each person took home a Fijian fan and a mango as a gift.
The centerpieces were inventive and incredible.
This was the welcome table. I wish you could see it in person!
The BEST cake I've ever eaten. I don't even like cake and I couldn't get enough. Marci knows her desserts. And Bryce came up with this cool Fijian design. So fun and different.
Drinks anyone?

Love that hammock!
Lots more weekend pictures to come...not nearly as beautiful but still lots of fun. We are so excited for Lora to be part of our family!!!!

I am so happy for ALL of the detail. I read every word and studied every picture (Ryan was looking over my shoulder and he said "Why are you taking so long looking at that one?"). Amazing. THe food sounds incredible and I think my very favorite thing were the colors. Thanks for sharing!

oh my- i wish wish wish i was invited to this wedding. just beautiful. if you get a link to their wedding pics, i would love to see them. i bet they are just beautiful. i love that both of your families are so creative. and i love the colors of it all. and please tell me you are serious about seeing us at christmas? i told troy and i think he almost peed his pants he was so excited. and if we are too far out of your way but you get close- we could drive somewhere along your route to meet you? but if you are really coming past us- our house is soooo open to you. we are not going anywhere- and don't have anyone coming. (seems that nc is not quite the attraction that hawaii was- our visitor ratio has been cut by 100% so far) so please don't just temp us. as soon as you know anything- let us know. i am so giddy just thinking about it. so i will stop now... miss you!!!
