Wow. Two weeks is WAY too long to be away from my hubby, so I was soooo excited to see him, as were the kiddos. They couldn't wait to tell him about all the fun things he'd missed out on. He was a knight in shining armor because I was starting to get really sick, so he totally rescued me...let me sleep until 9 everyday, put the kids to bed every night and brought back my sanity with all his even tempered talking and kind encouragement. It was so good to see him.
We went and visited his Grandma Romney who turns 94 this August. She says she doesn't feel well at all, but she looks great and is still a pleasure to be around. She loved that we brought our kids and was so gracious to let them play and be children in her fragile apartment. When James picked up a pair of glass birds, she said he could play with them, they were just from her wedding! Don't worry, I took them away.
After our visit with her, we went to the fountains at Gateway which were only a hit with Jace, the other boys stayed far away!

I hear you two weeks is brutal! but, that is soo sweet that you guys are back together! yay! it is soo nice when daddy comes home! that song is ALL TOO TRUE!
